40 foot 5th wheeler with three slides, air conditioned, propane furnance, dining room table, living room couch, Queen bed in master bedroom, overhead queen sized bunk, complete entertainment center, tv, radio, cd etc, convertible dining room and couch beds, sleep up to 10. Rear entrance, toy hauler garage in rear for 2nd bedroom option, with two queen sized over/under beds. Front entrance awning.
WE CAN ALSO TOW THIS MOBILE UNIT TO AN APPROVED MOBILE PARKING SITE, WITHIN A 25 MILE RADIUS FOR $75.00 EACH WAY. THERE IS A MINIMUM OF ONE WEEK USE. WEEKLY RATE IS $518.00 . PLUS $75.00 TOWING AND SETUP FEE, $60 2 PROPANE TANKS USE CHARGE.
LOT RENT NOT INCLUDED.
DOES NOT INCLUDE LOT RENT, or any additional site charges for electricity, cable tv, etc , propane tank usages, that the site may charge you. THAT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. . WE WILL HOOK UP THE SEWER, WATER AND ELECTRIC CONNECTIONS FOR YOU. NEED NOT BE THERE, JUST TELL US WHERE YOU WANT IT PARKED, AND WE WILL DELIVER AND SET IT UP FOR YOU. JUST COME WHEN YOU ARE READY AND WE TAKE IT OFF WHEN YOUR STAY IS OVER. MINIMUM ONE WEEK RENTAL. MULITWEEK OR MONTHLY RENTAL RATES AVAILABLE, AND WE CAN GO SLIGHTLY OUTSIDE THE 25 MILE LIMIT FOR MONTHLY RENTAL. MUST BE PARKED IN APPROVED RV LOTS, NO PARKING IN THE WOODS OR AT UNAPROVED ROUGH IN THE WOODS OR HUNTING SITE.
UNIT HAS TWO 30 LB CENTRAL PROPANE TANK SUPPLIED HEATING AND TWO ELECTRIC AIR CONDITIONERS. YOUR SITE SHOULD HAVE 50 AMP ELECTRICAL IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE TWO AIR CONDITIONERS. 30-50 AMP service needed.
RATE EXAMPLE- FOR ONE WEEK , SEVEN DAYS $518.00 PER WEEK plus lot rent, plus $60.00 minimum charge for propane tank usage. . YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN TOWELS AND EXTRA BEDDING AND PILLOWS OR SLEEPING BAGS FOR THE TWO REAR ROOM LOCATED QUEEN SIZED BUNK BEDS, WE PROVIDE THE BEDDING FOR THE MASTER QUEEN SIZED BEDROOM ONLY.
DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY OF YOUR RV SITE EXTRA CHARGES FOR ELECTRIC OR CABLE TV, propane THAT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. WE PROVIDE ONE SET OF FILLED PROPANE TANKS, AND CHARGE YOU FOR YOUR GAS USAGE, AT $30.00 PER TANK, OR YOU CAN FILL THEM UP AS YOU USE THEM UP OR ARE DONE.. WE DO NOT OFFER TO FILL THEM UP FOR YOU ON YOUR SITE, THAT IS UP TO YOU. PROPANE CHARGES ARE SUBJECT TO PRICE INCREASES WHEN THEY OCCUR.
THIS IS THE UNIT. IT IS 40 FT LONG, HAS THREE SLIDEOUTS FOR A VERY SPACIOUS LIVING AREA.
Please include the number of guests, the arrival and departure dates, your phone number, the name of the approved RV park you want the unit placed in, the RV lot number and the name and number of the RV part manager to contact.
This is a 40 ft unit and requires a very large lot and access to park in. Make certain the RV lot manager knows this, or the RV may not fit.
