Private one acre wooded lot., but in the city limits for walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and bars. No need to drive. Use for special events, gatherings, get togethers, for one day or several. Its your choice.
RECREATIONAL EVENTS
Great for weekend fisherman, hunters, snowmobiling, or other larger groups of people who get along with each other, private partys etc. You can park your boat, hunting vehicles or whatever here and there is a public access bike riding , ATV, snowmobile and hiking trails and public boat ramping available a block away for your use if you need.
