Remember, all units are completely furnished, and ALL utilities are paid for you.  Utilites include, HEAT, ELECTRIC, WIFI INTERNET, HD CABLE TV. You save $100's each month by not having to worry about or pay for these normally extra cost utilities that most homes, apartments, and condos require.  Example.  Share a 1600 sq ft unit with 10 members, at only $99/mo for each member. School bus for Pequot Lakes picks up and drops kids off directly in front.

Centrally located, across form Town Square Shopping and City Park, yet on a secluded private one acre wooded lot. Walking distance to most stores, groceries, hardware, bars, restaurants.  Several Private Shuttle bus services are available if you dont want to drive.  There are bus services for elderly into Brainerd.  There are senior citizens meals and other services in the area.   Shuttle service Tuesday to Pequot Lakes and Friday to Brainerd, call 562-6109 for details.

Need more privacy? Unit can be used as a two bedroom by using the separate dining room with a queen bed, as a private 12x16 bedroom. The kitchen is a separate adjacent room with a sliding door between.
