There is a large oval dining room table. Several tv's strategically located in each functional area for convienient viewing. And there is WIFI EVERYWHERE. and cable tv.
You'll enjoy the large open areas. The back room is available for parking motorcycles, 4 wheelers to keep them in a warm protected area at night.
There is a full bathroom adjacent. Everything you will need to enjoy a comfortable relaxed stay. Private front and rear entrances.

Makes it easier to enter at night, or lets you know if someone is outside.
There is a small garage in the rear large enough for 3 motorcyles, or two four wheelers, and in winter a couple of snowmobiles kept warm inside at night, with a 14 ft electric lift door. Great for protecting your small recreational vehicles from weather and other things.

We supply the bedding for the master bedroom only. You need to bring your own blankets, and pillows, or sleeping bags for use by more guest on any ot the other five beds. You must also bring your own towels, soaps etc. We have some kitchen utensils, but not everything you might need, This is a camper, not a furnished house.
WE CAN TOW THIS MOBILE UNIT TO AN APPROVED MOBILE PARKING SITE, WITHIN A 25 MILE RADIUS FOR $75.00 EACH WAY. THERE IS A MINIMUM OF ONE WEEK USE. WEEKLY RATE IS $518.00 . PLUS $75.00 TOWING AND SETUP FEE, $60 FOR 2 PROPANE TANKS CHARGE,
DOES NOT INCLUDE LOT RENT, or any additional site charges for electricity, cable tv, etc , propane tank usages, that the site may charge you. THAT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. .
WE WILL HOOK UP THE SEWER, WATER AND ELECTRIC CONNECTIONS FOR YOU. NEED NOT BE THERE, JUST TELL US WHERE YOU WANT IT PARKED, AND WE WILL DELIVER AND SET IT UP FOR YOU. JUST COME WHEN YOU ARE READY AND WE TAKE IT OFF WHEN YOUR STAY IS OVER.
